modern bedroom sets

jaystepher presents the modern bedroom set which will be perfect for any lego home or bedroom. let's take a look at the 110 piecesthat we're going to be useing to construct our classic bedroom set: ten 1 by 1 round plates, two 1 by 1 plates, two 1 by 4 plates, two 1 by 6 plates,

two 1 by 1 by 2 corner plates, two 2 by 2 plates, two 2 by 3 plates, three 2 by 4 plates, one 2 by 6 plate, one 1 by 2 plate with one knob, two 1 by 2 flat tiles, three 1 by 4 flat tiles, two 2 by 2 flat tiles,

four 1 by 1 30-degree slope roof tiles, two 2 by 2 round parabola dishes, four 1 by 1 bricks, two 1 by 2 bricks, three 1 by 4 bricks, two 1 by 6 bricks, four 1 by 1 round small nose cone, four 1 by 1 round bricks, twelve 1 by 1 corner bricks,

one 1 by 2 and 2/3 window frame, one 1 by 4 lattice fence, one 1 by 4 arch, one 1 by 6 arch, and one 1 by 4 brick with four knobs. now for the blue: two 1 by 1 round plates, four 1 by 4 plates, one 2 by 2 plates,

one 2 by 4 plate, four 2 by 6 plates, and one 6 by 6 plate. six by six plate. now you're going to need eight1 by 1 gold round plates. and finally for the black, one 1 by 2 plate, six 1 by 2 plates with one knob, four 1 by 1 flat tiles,

and finally two 1 by 3 flat tiles. now let's get started! the first thing we're going to start off with our modern bedroom set, let's start building the bed. we're going to take a 1 by 6 and a 1 by 2 plate, we're going to place it right down here in the middle. now we're going to use two 1 by 1 by 2 corner plates, just kind of drop them down followed by another 1 by 6.

we're just going to sandwich these together. now we're going to use a 2 by 6 blue, we're going to drop it underneath our corner plates followed by two 1 by 4s. just set them on both sides here. we're going to start building up the mattress of our bed. now let's flip this thing over.we're going to take two more 1 by 4s, we're just going to set them right here. now we're going to use another 2 by 6 plate,

kind of a lock this together. and we're going to use a 2 by 4 plate. just kind of fill this gap in. next take a 2 by 2 plate, we're going to st it right here in the middle, and two 2 by 6 plates. we're just going to kind of lock everything together to build up our mattress. so we have a nice frame.

and finally we're going to use a 6 by 6 plate, and this is going to be the top of our bed. now let's flip the bed over.we're going to put some legs. we're going to take two of these 1 by 1 plates, we're going to ... rounded plates, we're going to stick them on .... take two of the white ones,we're going to place them on the back here. and we're gonna take two blue 1 by 1 round plates, we're going to place them on the thing here

to match our mattress. or to make it look like more of a bedspread. you know how the bedspread usually hangs down in the corners. next let's build the headboard. i'm just going to use a 1 by 6 brick, place it along the back here. now i'm going to use a 1 by 4 small lattice fence, place it here in the center to add some character.

now let's use two 1 by 1 round bricks, place on both sides of the lattice fence followed by two 1 by 1 small nose cones. and finally to cap this off, we're going to use two 1 by 1 round plates to cap them off. and here we have it. and for a little bit more character, i'm just going to briefly includetwo 1 by 2 30-degree slope roof tiles, just set them in here like so.

and these are going to be as our little pillows. you can do any style you want. this will add a little bit more of a touch to the bed. and there is our nice sleek modern bed. now let's construct the two nightstands. start off with a 2 by 2 plate and we're going to take two 1 by 1 angle bricks, we're going to place two of these along the front here. this is going to be where the front of our drawersare going to be attached.

now we're going to use a 1 by 2 brick, now to cap off the top,we're going to take a 2 by 2 smooth tile. we're going to place it on the top here. now let's start building the front of our drawer. take a 1 by 2 plate with center knob, and we're going to set it on top hereon our angle bricks. and just to add a knob for a little decorative touch, a 1 by 1 round plate. now this doesn't look complete without legs.

so let's take two of these 1 by 1 plates ... rounded plate, we're going to place them one on top of one another. and we're going to take a 2 by 2 parabola dish, we're going to place our studs on top. and we're going to drop this down in the center hole here underneath our plate. and there we go.we got a nice stand. and we relate to these.i already built the second one in advance. so new we have a matching set of nightstandsfor our bed.

now let's build a dresser with a fo-mirror. we're going to use a 2 by 6 plate, i'm going to flip it over. we're going to use a 1 by 6 arch brick, we're going to place it here. and i want to use two 1 by 1 bricks, we're going to place them on here.this is going to be the back side of our dresser, and it will be also for our legsto keep the dresser secure. now let's use a 1 by 6 brick,we're going to place it here

along the back of our dresser followed by 1 by 1 round bricks. we're going to place them here right in the middle. this is going to add a little bit of a decorative characterto our dresser. now we're going to need four 1 by 1 angle bricks. we're going to place two along the left side and two along the right side.so we can attach our drawer fronts which we're going to use a 1 by 2 plate with one knob. place one on the left and one on the right.

followed by two 1 by 1 round gold plates. place them here for knobs. now for the top.we're going to use a 1 by 4 plate, put it along the back. this is what we're going to use to attach our mirror. and i want to smooth off the rest this with smooth tiles. so i'm going to use a 1 by 4,place it along the front here. and two 1 by 2 smooths place them on both sides. now to build up the area where our mirror's going to be attached,

let's take two 1 by 1 30-degree sloped roof tiles, place one on both sides here. so we have a 1 by 2 reveal inside here. and we're going to use a simple 1 by 2 and 2/3 window frame, just going to set this down in here. this is going to be our fo-mirror. now i want to cap off this stud here sticking off the top. let's take a 1 by 1 small nose cone,

place it here. finally to cap it off with a 1 by 1 round plate. and there is our modern dresser. now for the final piece, the armoire. so we're going to use a 2 by 4 plate we're going to flip it upside down.we're going to grab a 1 by 4 arch brick, we're going to place it here.this is going to be the front. and just like our dresser,we're going to use two 1 by 1s for the legs. to balance out are armoire.

flip it back right-side up. take a 1 by 4 brick,place it along the back here. and we're going to use four 1 by 1 angle bricks, we're going to put them all four here on a line.. like so and those are going to be usedto attach our 1 by 2 plates with one knob. kind of just set them here. in here on the angle bricks. and to decorate it,

let's take two 1 by 1 round plates that are gold to add some nice gold knobs to our drawers. now to build up the cabinet portion of our armoire, we're going to use a 1 by 4 smooth tile, we're just going to place it along here above our drawers followed by a 1 by 4 brick. a 1 by 4 brick with four knobs and finally, a 1 by 4 brick on top of that. now let's build our doors to go on the front of here.

these doors will not open, but they're just for decoration. let's kind of set this off to the side here. we're going to take two 2 by 3 plates place them side by side. next a 2 by 4 plate, just kind of place it here.it doesn't matter if you want to put it on the top or the bottom. and to fill the void here, a 1 by 4 plate. now mack the doors with the drawers for our armoire. we're just going to start plating this off.

take a 1 by 2 plate, place i right here in the middle. and we're going to need four 1 by 1 flat tiles, we're going to place two on the bottom and two on the top. and finally to finish this off,we're going to take two 1 by 3 flat tiles, and to finish it up two 1 by 1 gold round plates for knobs. so now we have some nice looking fo-doors.

we're just going to simply drop this on the plate or the brick in the back. now we have a nice matching set, and you can see how everything here is flush. everything lines up perfect. now we're going to need to crown the top of our armoire. let's take a 2 by 4 plate. i'm going to use a 1 by 4 flat tile. we're going to place it here.this is going to be the back.

take a 1 by 2 plate,place it along the front here in the center. this is going to build up our ...for some added character. take two 1 by 1 30-degree slope roof tiles, place them on both sides of the 1 by 2 plate. and we're going to use a 1 by 2 plate with center knob, place it right on top of there.now you got some buildup here. now to match everything up here we're going to use a 1 by 1 small nose cone. finally let's crown that nose cone offwith a 1 by 1 round plate.

and we're going to simply just drop this on top of the armoire. so then we have a nice complete armoire with doors, two drawers, and some sweet golden knobs. and there is our modern bedroom set complete with armoire, bed with twonightstands, as well as a nice sleek dresser. this set will be perfect for any lego home bedroom or even a hotel room. thank you for watching!
